Cook County Clerk David Orr was named Public Official of the Year during the annual National Association of County Recorders, Election Officials and Clerks (NACRC) meeting this past weekend.

The honor recognizes the NACRC member who has best exemplified a commitment to excellence in county government, as well as exhibited exemplary service to the community they serve.
